The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, coordinating the preparation, completion, and electronic filing of regulatory and compliance documents, ensuring compliance documents satisfy IGB and local government requirements, assisting in the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, data entry, and operational processes, providing administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree and/or relevant certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in administrative capacity, compliance related fields and/or experience in corporate environments preferred
- Ability to pass licensing by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to the Company’s compliance department and related functions
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls and data entry
- Responsible for processing IGB required documentation (Requests to Transfer or “RTTs”) related to the movement of Company equipment, entering and tracking in necessary documents and platforms, and electronically scanning to Company back office database
- Gathers IGB required documentation for printing and uploading to back office system (installation layouts, approved RTT documents, etc.) for installation teams.
- Reviews and uploads completed Scientific Games (SGI) project sign off worksheets and records dates following project completion
- Maintain compliance related files in a well-organized manner, easily accessible, and updated on regular basis, as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies
- Works on special projects as needed, as assigned by supervisor
- Communicates with IGB agents and Scientific Games representatives via phone and email when needed
- Performing other general office clerk duties and errands
